Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases for Eternal Course programs, mentorships, or services are final.

Upon purchase, time and resources are immediately allocated to you, including:
 
  • Scheduling of your onboarding and group calls,
  • Assignment of internal support resources (e.g. your account manager),
  • Delivery of a binding student agreement for signature,
  • Immediate access to proprietary materials upon signing.

 

For this reason, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or non-participation.

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
 
  • You are committing to the full term of the program.
  • You will not be entitled to a refund once payment is made.
  • Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, unless explicitly required by law or at our sole discretion (e.g. duplicate payments or administrative error).

Delivery Policy

Entrepreneur Academy’s mentorship and support services are delivered instantly via a digital course platform, and periodically via live Zoom coaching calls.

Customers must have internet access via a mobile, tablet or desktop to access all material.
